portrayal of Newman - sig.dat (0/1)

Was anyone else dissapointed by the portrayal of Newman in the hour Seinfeld (5-2-96)? He was portrayed as an idiot and a regualr pal of kramer's. While he used to be a seething, up-to-no-good extra that had a completely inhuman personality. he was always used for just the right amounts of time during the show. The 5-2-96 episode kind of ruined it for me. -Eric
