I thought that episode was very funny. It wasn't a classic, but it certainly wasn't the worst.
It could have been worse. Imagine if they had stuck with traditional television Cyrno de Bergerac (spelling?) stories -- Newman would have ended up with Pam. Once again, Seinfeld has strayed from the norm.
And how about Carol? "Elaine. You've gotta have a BA-by!"
I took a couple of scenes to heart. The biting the nails bit and the scrunchie bit was exactly like a friend of mine. It may not have been as funny for you, but it was funny for us.
Pop in your VHS tapes and watch it again. You'll like it.
