Here's a poem I spent all night on.
When God Walks By.
When you're doing what you do,
And are not expecting.
If He walks by, Swiftly and Most Collected,
Do you salute the Son
Although it's Unexpected?
Ready to Fight, Ready to Die, Ready to Ride with
The Ruler of the Sky?
Have you yourself been put to the test?
Have you found your Niche, a Place to Nest?
If you haven't,
There's Nothing to Fear,
Just keep doin' what you're doin'
And He will Appear.
Do you think he'd just Leave us?
Read those Tales of Yore.
The Tales of Good News, I mean.
Good News of Times in store.
I don't know about you,
But I'd rather not face the Blues.
Where you've made way too many mistakes,
And couldn't acknowledge His Grace;
To SEE his Forgiving Nature,
Like the Forgiving Love of Mother Nature.
All day, all night, The Love stays with you.
But you will be tested,
This He must do.
For God develops your Mind,
As well as a Your Heart.
He wants us all to Delight
In what He has in His Heart,
I don't know about you,
But it's a great feeling
When He walks by,
When He Approves.
For there's nothing in this world
To Comfort you more,
Than the knowledge that your God Is With You.
He's Pure as the Mountain with the Purest Snow
And Nothing can change this,
THIS I know.
So go on about you're Daily Dos
But try to think of Him a time or two.
He loves us all, One by One,
'Cause YOU are like His only One.
And when darkness falls upon your head,
Think only of the Thread,
That is as Mighty as the Strongest Steel
That connects you to His Tender Heart,
Whenever you Want, Whoever You Are,
He's as Graceful as the Peaceful Dove,
'Cause This One's ALL ABOUT THE LOVE.
AMEN
