I'm not sure if everyone got the reference to Bazooka Joe on the episode with the IQ test. Jerry and Elaine are in the apartment and Jerry pulls his blue turtleneck up over his face, like a mask. He mentions Bazooka Joe who is a cartoon character from the Bazooka Bubble Gum wrappers. The gum (I'm not certain it still exists) had a little comic strip inside the wrapper. It featured Bazooka Joe who wore a turtleneck up over his face.

Sorry, but you're wrong. Bazooka Joe wore a baseball cap and an eyepatch. His friend Mort wore the turtleneck up over his nose. Herman was the fat guy, and I can't remember who the little cowboy character was.
