Of course. "The Busboy" was the third episode recorded for the second season, but was not shown until the end of the season. So every episode of the first and second seasons.

Isn't the first show of the first season Male Unbonding?
It sure is. It was the first one filmed after the pilot.
So is the name "Kramer" said in Male Unbonding? Or is it first used in The Stakeout?

Yes, Kramer's name is used in the episode. Jerry returns from an out-of-town trip and Kramer is in his apartment on the phone when he returns (evidently, Jerry had him watch the apartment). Kramer hands him the phone when Jerry walks in and the first thing Jerry says on the phone (to Joel) is "Kramer doesn't know anything - he's just my next door neighbor."

That's weird. So I guess watching them in order doesn't tell the whole story of how the show evolved, since they weren't necessarily *written* in that order.
I think the DVD order is the order they were meant to be seen in.
I agree with that, but if The Stakeout was written before Male Unbonding, then it wouldn't be relevant to consider Male Unbonding the first episode, or to look at The Stakeout as an evolution from it.
