The show's writers are fooling the fools but not us. The members of alt.tv.seinfeld know that only 1 woman is capable of ropping the loverboy from Queens. It isn't Susan, a drudge (if not a hag) from NBC. Elaine & Elaine only is the one good enough for George. You know she has the hots for him & I don't think she'd mind converting to Judeaism in order to be married to him . The rabi in her building could perform the ceremony.

You may be on to something. Not. It has been shown on many occasions that Elaine and George don't have much in common. It's Jerry who is the catalyst that brings them all together. Without Jerry, there would be no Elaine "and" George to begin with. Remember when Elaine left the sexy message on Jerry's tape? Well, naturally, George became really attracted to Elaine. When he offered to drive her home, she commented how odd it was for him to do such a thing. As she was leaving, George said, "We'll speak though Jerry." I know there have been other scenes like this, as well.

George and Elaine???!!!! Sure, he has the hots for her, but he has the hots for a lot of people. She really, really dislikes him, IMHO. Remember when she called him a loser?

P.S. It has not been established that George is Jewish, only that he is Italian, and could be Jewish.
