Mistake in Seinfeld (the Dog and the Dinner Party)

I was just watching the Dog today when something occurred to me. George and Elaine were describing the way Jerry throws up in the episode. But in the Dinner Party, Jerry said he hasn't thrown up in eleven years. Since the Dinner Party aired in 1994, that would mean he last threw up in 1983. But in the Dog, Elaine said she moved to New York in 1985. So how could she have seen him throw up when she didn't even live in New York at the time? Unless, of course, she dated Jerry before she moved to New York, or there's another valid explanation that someone can explain to me.

Yes. These are minor contradictions that no normal person would catch--or if he did pick them up he would not worry about them.

Excuse me, but I don't think that I should be insulted just for making a simple observation. I don't see you making similar posts to others on the newsgroup saying they're not "normal" because they happen to notice something like I did. I honestly think you should show a little bit more courtesy to people instead of classifying them as not normal.

You're not the first one to have noticed that blooper, either - at least a dozen people posted the same thing the last time "The Dog" was rerun. A lot of people noticed it (even me, and I wasn't really paying that much attention). That flamer is just being a jerk.
