Yes, he was the close talker, and he developed a fascination for Morty and Helen Seinfeld that defied understanding.
He also did a terrific parody of the touching Liam Neeson speech at the end of "Schindler's List": "I could've done more. I could've done so much more! I could have called the travel agent! I could've gotten them OUT!

That episode was SOOO funny, the way he was so obsessed with Jerry's parents. He drove everyone crazy! The best was when Kramer fell over (not a rarity or anything, but humorous).
