I know, I know, this really doesn't belong here! But until the MAY newsgroup is started, I guess this is the best place to post this. Is this the first time where there was no opening teaser scene before the credits? I thought it was kind of odd how they started right with the credits. I like the opening sequences - they're very cute and funny. I hope future shows will continue to have them.

Yeah, I noticed this too. They are usually great! Did you notice how Jamie brought up the slant in the floor when they were signing the lease? Paul couldn't see from the beginning it looks like. It's funny how they tied in later additions to the show in the flashback, like the waitress and the slant! Nikky
I've seen cold openings before...however, I certainly do enjoy both the teasers and the tags ("I'll give you a million dollars to sleep with your wife." "Okay.").
And don't forget another tie-in:
J: "What if you and Mark split up?" F: "Yeah, right."
(That's so sad. I miss Mark...he was so funny!)
