Synduation?

What does it mean when episodes have been syndicut? Does it mean parts are cut and if so how much? I was just trying to figure out if I was watching the originals of the cut ones

Paul , if you are watching in the United States chances are real good that you are watching edited versions of the original network broadcasts of the Seinfeld series. These bastards that make the cuts are very devious and it can be a line here and a line there. Hopefully , they do not make any blunders and cut out a "meaningful" lines but since the series is over and no new shows are coming to the true fan VERY SINGLE LINE IS A GEM to be treasured.
