Festivus?

I missed the first run and rerun of an episode that featured something called Festivus(?). What is Festivus? Thanks in advance

What were the rules of Festivus?

A few: --bare aluminum pole. --after meal, Frank Costanza observes the wrongs against him for that year --someone has to wrestle Frank (not sure how the person gets picked, though)
