Question on "The Little Jerry"

In the first scene at the cockfight, Elaine indicates it is 3:30 AM.

In the next scene, Elaine's fiancee Kurt knocks on George's apartment door, and George's fugitive girlfriend Celia answers immediately. The cops then show up and arrest Celia and Kurt (thinking he's George). At the beginning of the scene, they do a camera shot of the outside of the apartment building, and there is daylight. Celia was already awake when Kurt arrived, and indicated that George was still at the cockfight.

The next scene is back at the cockfight.

If it is 3:30 AM at the cockfight, what time is it supposed to be when Kurt and the cops arrive at George's apartment?

Is it reasonable that it is either shortly after 3:30 AM, or is it reasonable that it is after sunrise, and the gang at that point must have been at the cockfight at least 3 hours? That's a lot of roosters.

It was year "8" - I think there was not a lot of continuity in year 8 & 9 episodes.

That's partly my point. This is another example, along with Kramer showing up at the same farmhouse as Newman in "The Bottle Deposit Part 2", and George magically producing 10 Twix bars while broke, starving (and didn't eat one), and having no transportation in "The Dealership".
