Huh? What are you talking about. I was responding to the person who used these phrases. "white americans" is sure as hell not my phrase. Jennifer's ?? You must have confused me with the original poster. No thanks for that one!.

No, of course it wasnt me. I was disgusted and that's why I said people should build their identity on something other than color because racism of any kind is stupid, in my eyes. The poster seemed to be saying that whites needed to be proud of their whiteness because they were losing their identity, which seemed absurd to me. I was trying to say that I wish we could all get beyond color issues and get to what makes us each who we are as people. Find out identity in deeper ways. I wonder why it seemed like I was the one who wrote the original. Isnt her sig there on it? Anyhow, just to be very clear - I did not write that crap.

I wish I knew how this happened. I never participate in these kinds of threads. But I was so disgusted that I had to stick in my 2 cents in disagreement with the original. So it's even more horrifying to have the original attributed to me. I still dont get how this happened. And I cant retrieve the original one this Jennifer wrote to see what her address was. Don't people look at addresses? I do sometimes forget to sign my messages, being more into what I'm writing than identifying WHO I am.
