Jerry HBO repeat

For those of us who don't have HBO and therefore missed his final special, any idea if this will ever show up on Comedy Central as most of the HBO specials eventually do? I would love to be able to see it somehow.

I thought Jerry Seinfeld said in the Letterman show that his "live" show would consist of all-new materials?

That's Jerry. Every time he goes on Leno or Letterman or whatever, he tells the same damn jokes. When will he write new stuff? I heard the critics tore him apart for the HBO thing.

Was he talking about the HBO routines or was he refering to something else? It sure was a lie if it was the HBO one.

I got the same impression from the Letterman appearance. I thought it would be all new material.

Then I thought about the name of the show, "I'm telling you for the last
time" and it all made sense.  He was telling his old jokes for the last
time.

I've just re-watched the Letterman thing, AND in my mind recalled the COUNTLESS mag and paper articles about "I'm Telling You for the Last Time," and they all hae the same message: Jerry was retiring all of his OLD material...performing it all one last time. He said on Letterman that now he was going to begin working on new material over the next few years, working in small clubs, again, etc.

I saw Jerry in San Antonio, and although I did know many of the jokes, I KNEW that I was going to recognize stuff.

This ongoing conversation about him doing "old" material is insane. It was the whole point of the concert tour.

exactly!!! I also saw him in SA and I was hitting punchlines with him!! That is what the three stop tour and the HBO special are all about. Also, does anyone know when it will b on HBO again. Randy
