Hi there - I'm posting to try and find out how to take a VHS tape and laod it onto my pc and create vcd's, preferably ones that are playable in dvd players. I'm *not* looking to make any sort of trade or profit. I merely want to preserve the quality of the episodes I have. I have 170 out of 180 episodes, taped off of syndication, in stereo sound. I have a different collection that is commercial free but extremely low quality due to frequent play. I'd like to take my new, nearly-complete freshly recorded, little-played collection and make vcd's but i'm unsure where to begin. again, this would be for my own use and for all intents and purposes would not leave the house. thanks in advance for help!
