2 mistakes? in Seinfeld

At the end of the second last episode when Newman is the cleaner and goes to eat the muffin stumps, he pulls out milk from his bag, does not pour it, eats a stump, and drinks from a full glass of milk; when did he pour it?? Another is in the Keith Hernandez episode, when Jerry and George first meet him in the locker room ("Ya chuck!...."), George's shoe is on his foot, and then it's off all of a sudden (or vice versa, I can't remember). I'm not complaining, I just thought it's interesting.

If you're interested in bloopers, check out the scene in the "Marine Biologist" where Elaine is at the hotel with the Russian author and tape recorder hidden in her purse starts to make noise. The Russian grabs at her purse, there's a struggle, and if you listen closely, you can clearly hear Elaine say the word "shit". It's not bleeped out.
