Got an idea for an episode. George notices that getting your head shaved is in style. His baldness isn't in style and he concludes that it's the stubble on your head that makes a bald head stylish. "It's the stubble Jerry, the stubble". So he invents an artificial stubble that you spray on your head (alternatively magic marker dots). Kramer and he go in on the idea and of course it backfires.
