Fans frustrated that Home Alone airs instead of Seinfeld on Thanksgiving, with discussion about Canadian vs. American Thanksgiving timing.
Well George wanted to see Home Alone in "The Junior Mints" but we don't. This Thanksgiving Mad About You, Wings, SEINFELD, and Frasier will all be off the air for a showing of Home Alone. If we wanted to see the movie we would have rented it in the two years its been on tape.

That's right - and perhaps the saving grace of having Thanksgiving on the first Monday in October is having the Christmas shopping season slowly come upon the consumers ... well, one of the local record stores had a pre-Christmas blitz just this last weekend ... in any case, once mid-November arrives, the Christmas push is pretty much under way.
