Next season: Will Seinfeld be better?

I was just wondering if anyone thinks the show will be better next season. Even though I understand the entire cast is leaving and it won't have a time slot, I just can't help but think the show might improve.

What if there was no REAL finale. What if the finale means nothing and the show will go on next season. Maybe this whole thing about the show ending is really a HUGE joke by jerry seinfeld.

(boy, wouldn't the companies that are paying the millions to put their commericals in the last epiosde be pissed! or maybe they're in on it too!)

Wow I was thinking the same thing this morning, what if the show ends just like a regular season finale and at the end they announce they signed a new contract. just something to ponder....

If that happened, the show's popularity would be crushed forever, even if it stayed on a few more seasons. A lot of fans (including myself) would feel ripped off and used, and probably turn away from it.

Remember, "Dallas" was never the same when Pam woke up and found Bobby in the shower. This would be much, much worse...

Suggesting that the "next season" would be better could easily be taken as an insult. I really can't see any reason for calling Stevebee a "defensive jerk" when you've written something like that. Unless, of course, you've just come from another planet and haven't heard that this is the last season.

I doubt it. As you know, next year Jason Alexander, Michael Richards and Julia Louis-Dreyfus will be leaving the show. The show will be retitled "Jerry Seinfeld's Place" and feature Jerry moving to Santa Monica, California opening his own comedy club. Jerry will be forced to take on nemesis Kenny Bania (Steve Hytner) as a partner, when it turns out that the investment manager who set up the deal screwed up and Jerry is about 50% short. Also joining the cast will be Patrick Warburton (Puddy) who has left Elaine for good to be a bartender at Jerry Seinfeld's Place and Susan Walters (Dolores "Mulva") who is in LA to become an actress and reunites with Jerry in order to torture him for forgetting her name.

Even though it sounds amusing, I think it would have been better for Jerry Seinfeld to just have ended his show on a high note.
