I do know that in the episode where they park George's father's car in the handicapped spot (the one with the Drake wedding), there was a different Frank Costanza originally. They editied in Stiller for syndication. I have a copy of this episode with the original Frank.

Also, I believe Phil Bruns was in at least two episodes, not just the 2nd episode. Incidentally, John Randolph played the first Frank Costanza.
