NEW YORK (AP) - The ``Seinfeld'' episode in which George's fiancee, Susan, dies from licking cheap, out-of-date wedding invitation envelopes has been pulled from syndication because of nationwide fears about anthrax and mail.

My guess would be The Package is next (even though they just aired it last week). It's a bit ridiculous if you ask me. I haven't seen The Invitations in a while, what were the other plot lines in that episode?

I'm hoping that's all this is here, and that "The Invitations" -- a splendid example of black humor -- will return to the cycle after the anthrax threat runs its course.
