This episode was excellent, especially when Jerry calls George a bad friend, bad son, bad citizen, badcetera. As for concerns that is out of character for Jerry to do the bootlet, let's not forget that he was threatened buy a disturbed, gun wielding psycho.

I agree it was on a great show. I would say it was one of the best ever. And the icing on the cake was at the end when George's father was called down to the police station on behalf of George's "getting down with his bad self". Elaine starts saying how bad George really is and that he basically is an idiot. Then her and Frank start at each other. "DO YOU WANT A PIECE OF ME!!!!!" I think that Frank Costanza should have a part in every show.

Jerry Stiller(George's dad) was on a local radio show about a month ago. He said that he had just finished his first episode of Seinfeld and mentioned that it had something to do with George bootleging art house films. He said that this was his first episode because he had to recover from a hip operation he had recently but that we can expect to see more of Frank Costanza in future episodes. He also mentioned he had a website but Im having trouble finding it. Has anyone ever seen it?
Not out of character at all. Jerry mugged an old woman for a loaf of Schnitzler's rye bread, for god's sake.
