What is a Crook Eye/Stink Eye?

Can anyone describe (or post a picture of) a Stink Eye vs. a Crook Eye?

In the episode where Kramer encounters the Van Buren Boys, he mentions these two stares.

Tom sez:

I don't know about "Crook Eye", but "Stink Eye" is used on the Hawaiian islands. It means like it reads. Someone is looking at you and it ain't good.

There is the "skim over the ice" version. Maybe someone from the islands can elaborate.
