Seinfeld Ending! Will Home Improvement follow?

What could be almost as bad as "Seinfeld" ending? The end of "Home Improvement"! Both shows are an acquired taste, and not everyone likes them. I've found, though, that the people who *do* like them are very passionate and can't understand why the dislikers can't find anything funny about the shows. I can't understand the popularity of "Buffy" or "Married With Children" though.

Tim Allen has made rumblings in the past (aroo aroo aroo) about quitting his show. Will Jerome's exit give Tim a reason for leaving?\

I think the answer is yes. It sounds like the will be Home's last year too. I haven't watched Home Imporvement in recent years but do enjoy it in syndication. What I don't understand about your post is how ANYONE could not love Married With Children. Too just turn off the brain and laugh at the stupidest most disgusting group of people imaginable is a great 30 minute break in my day. ******************************************************* Boring is watching a baseball game when you could enjoy the end-to-end action of a hockey game.

One crazy thing I've been hearing is that if Tim Allen decides to pull the plug on his show, ABC might put the final Home Improvement up against the final Seinfeld just to evade plans of a blockbuster end to Seinfeld. Basically ABC is expecting a loss but with enough hype for the end of Home Improvement, they might just pull Seinfeld back to earth with a "38-40" million instead of the "58-60" million that everyone's talking about. Sure its unbelieveable and that no one would take the risk but this is the ABC that put up Murder One against ER. Now they just might answer the question "What if ABC put up Murder One against ER and made a multimillion dollar hype about it?"

Not going to happen. I heard that tim allen signed on for another god-awful year because he won the peoples choice award and so that gave him confidence in his show.

Well, that won't happen, since Tim Allen agreed to do at least 1 more season. So I guess that 60 million mark is still gonna happen.

But I don't think they have Afterschool Specials on ABC, anymore ? I think they cancled them because people didn't like them.
