Vandelay Industries?

Was that the exact correct name of the fictitious company George worked for out of Jerry's apartment? If not could someone please tell me the correct name? Thanks in advance!!! Also, is this how it's spelled?

GEORGE: I don't know, you manufacture it. ELAINE: Right here, in this little apartment? JERRY: And what do I say about you? GEORGE: You're considering me for your latex salesman. JERRY: I'm going to hire you as my latex salesman? GEORGE: Right. JERRY: I don't think so.

Note: I transcribed that from memory. :-) If anyone has the entire dialogue transcribed, I'd love a copy. It's from "The Boyfriend." I remember Jerry saying something about hiring some guy to sit at a desk, pushing papers around. :-) And of course, the beginning where George races in and tells Jerry what he told Mrs. Sokol, the unemployment agent.
