this line is from the episode where kramer is told that his sperm count is low because he wears jockey shorts. he then changes to boxers then says

"...they're flipping, they're flopping....,my boys need a home!"

in my opinion, the funniest episode!!!

its the episode where kramer has to stop wearing briefs cuse his sperm count is too low and his complaining to Jerry that he cant wear boxers cuse hes "flippin hes floppin" then he says to Jerry
