Need help identifying that song on Seinfeld !!!!!

In one of the repeats I saw, Kramer sends out all Jerry's sneakers to a Mom and Pop's shoe store. Mom and Pop were forced to leave town because their store violated some city by-law. At the end of the episode, Jerry was seen sitting on a bus to go after Mom and Pop, and a song began playing. I want to find the name of that song. Wonder if you can help.

Harry Nilsson is the artist. It was a big hit in the Sixties.

The correct title of the song is "Everbody's Talkin'" and it was sung by Harry Nilssen.

The funny thing about that episode (well, ONE of the funny things...) is that the final scene was a clone of the final scene of "Midnight Cowboy," with Jerry taking on the Jon Voight role of Joe Buck and Kramer doing his Dustin Hoffman/"Ratso" Rizzo interpretation ("LOOK AT ME, I'm a mess here!") as the bus rolled down the highway taking Buck and the dying Rizzo to the promised land of Florida (or New Jersey, in this case).

It tied in with George buying John (Jon) Voight's car and Kramer being bitten by said Mr. Voight. Another example of brilliant symmetrical Seinfeld writing.
