I thought the same thing when he first walked into the room, but when he turned around it was clear that it was just some other fat dude :-).

As far as the episode...not all that impressed. The GreenPeace thing was pretty amusing, and also Kramer's "backlog". But, overall, no true belly laughs.
I thought they could have done more with the Crazy Joe subplot.
