We have just started getting the show here, and I must say, although it is not up with Seinfeld, it has to be better than basically all the current sitcoms around. But that is another story. I noticed that Bob has a picture of both him, and Jerry Seinfeld wearing tuxedo's I think, in his office on the wall. Plus, last week, the woman with the marble rye (was her name Mavis Chote? Can't be bothered looking at the guide) had a guest spot as some nymphomaniac. Thought I would mention that.

How interesting. Here in the States, the Patterson show was cancelled early this season, which is now ending this week. Jason Alexander went immediately into hiding, sort of, then bounced back with a commercial contract with KFC, in which he plays a variation of George, but a stiff, formal variation. The character he has created for the commercials is a strange mixture of George Costanza, Newman, and Bob Patterson. Jason is a man of many sides, I guess, but the sides are very close together. Narrow and many-sided?

No, you've got those reversed. Jason Alexander's KFC commercials first aired in August 2001, a couple months before Bob Patterson even began.
