I was searching Amazon to see if it was available on DVD, i was shocked to find it was not. I couldn't find it on VHS either. Is it available at all?

They released a set of three tapes I believe with three episodes per tape in New Zealand, I think it may have been the same lot as in Australia. It was some of the episodes around season four, including the likes of the contest, the airport, the bubble boy, the virgin...

Let's be honest though, if they did do episodes, would you buy them? How many here have 99% of them on CD/VHS already!? There's at least one episode on somewhere, everyday. (even here in no-show England) So, what would be better? And EXTRAS DVD. Seinfeld Plus It'd be filled with Bloopers, and interviews, and Extra Scenes, and stuff. Not a normal episode, all the other stuff.
Now THAT, I would pay for.

I have all the episodes in Divx and frankly the quality SUCKS! It so bad i can't stand watching like half of them. I would definaitly buy the DVDs with no extras at all and just episodes in high quality format. Tho I'm sure extras would be included.

In my opinion we are still years away from seeing a large portion or any of the Seinfeld shows released on DVD. The companies that bought the airing rights to the seriesd want to be the only LEGAL source of the show no matter how many times a day it is. I am basing this opinion on how long it took MASH to start coming out on tape.
I do not have any shows on tape at this time but will be buying the DVD's when and if they are offered strickly because the will be the full length, uncut, as first time aired on NBC shows. Any extras will simply be sweet icing on a delicious cake!!
I have seen this mentioned several times, does anyone know how long the syndication deal was for? I am assuming it is a long period for the $ that they got, I don't think we'll see it on DVD until then.
