- Jerry announces to his friends that he's moving to New Delhi as penance for the way things turned out for Babu.
- Elaine gets promoted to president of Peterman.
- Georgie gets his pick of CEO positions from every company he has ever been employed with, whether or not he actually did any work.
- Kramer finally gets what he's always wanted: The chance to expand his apartment into Jerry's through their common law.
Scene at Monk's: Kramer, George and Elaine are sitting around the table. George and Elaine are obviously waiting for Jerry, and their comments indicate they are unaware he is preparing to leave without even telling them goodbye. Kramer acts shocked and informs them there's only one thing they can do. He leads them out.
Scene at Central Park: Kids flying kites. Kramer comes up to George and Elaine and hands them each a kite. He begins flying his own, and his two friends join in, laughing.
Jerry, who has been watching, puts down his binoculars. He smiles sadly and nods. Then he opens the window, sticks his umbrella out, and steps out onto the breeze, where he begins floating away.
As he passes over the park, Newman -- who has been giving away helium balloons to the kiddies -- looks up, smiles, and says, "Goodbye, Jerry Seinfeld. Don't stay away too long!"
Jerrly looks down, clenches his fist and says, "Newman!!!!!!" as he floats off, batting away errant balloons and dodging kites.
