same actors?

I saw an episode where Jerry and George go to L.A to help Krammer out of jail. They were picked up in a police car and one of the cops was the same actor as the one Elaine dated as a writer named Jake Jarmel in a future episode. Are there any other actors that played more than one character on the show?

The guy in the car that blocks Jerry in in The Puerto Rican episode, in an episode a few years earlier he's coming out of a movie theater with Jerry and they're talking enthusiastically about an action movie they have just seen. George, in his engagement days with Susan is walking in the theater at the same time, gloomily envious of Jerry and friend, as he goes into see, I believe, a movie they call Map of the Heart (ugh, chick flick).

I don't know the actors name but he is a black gentleman with a goatee.

Larry David has played a few different minor roles. The guy with the cape that George's dad sees in the city when he and the wife get separated and a guy that sells George gum.

There are several more.

When I saw Jerry last month, Mario opened for him.

He had some really great bits. One in particular had us rolling. It concerned the amazing technological and scientific advancements in the world of health care that have permeated into and improved every single medical procedure there is except one, the prostate exam. No breakthrough there, we're still using the finger.

Suzanne Snyder is another guest star with two different Seinfeld characters to her credit. She was Eva, the female neo-Nazi in the episode where Jerry and George pose as Nazi leaders to grab someone else's limo, and later she played Poppy's daughter, whom Jerry was dating, who wanted Jerry to taste her pie. He refused and she made a big deal out of it.
