I really think it insensitive and inappropriate to make sport of a small frog's life and death struggle to cross a treacherous work of man like a heavily travelled roadway. There is nothing funny about frogs being brutally squished by 3,000 pound automobiles hurtling over them at high speed. Let's put the pressure on and make sure this episode never again sees a public broadcast. And don't get me started on the portrayal of Irishmen as Neo-Nazis.
Frogger episode should be banned
Fans mock a post criticizing the Frogger episode for insensitivity to frogs and Irish people, with replies sarcastically defending the earlier Puerto Rican Day Parade episode.

I agree. Ban "The Frogger" and bring back the good stuff, like the Puerto Rican Day Parade.

Puerto
Right. Now that's a fine example of proper sesitivity. I mean for Kramer to ceremonially burn the Puerto Rican flag after it had apparently touched the ground -he didn't have to honor the Puerto Rican flag like that as he is not Puerto Rican, but he did it anyway! It was like a big hug for the Puerto Rican people- and I think we all learned.

------------------------------------------------------------Teehee! AP released an article about thousands of frogs boycotting NBC. If I can dig it up, I'll post it.
Even if you believe that the frog's struggle is not something at which to poke fun, why ban the episode. Why not the game?
Incidentally, I see nothing wrong with the episode nor with the game. The PlayStation version is AWESOME!

Obviously you failed to see the sarcasm in the post. And no, we shouldn't ban the game.
When I was a kid, about 30 years ago, we took a vacation up through Minnesota. There must have been about a billion turtles trying to cross this one road. There were HUGE birds, maybe the size of a 40-pound kid, hopping around, eating the dead and dying turtles. The ones that were still alive weren't faring much better, because as they would poke their heads out to try and make it across the road, one of those birds would peck at it. I've never seen a road that bloody. It was like going over 15 miles of speed bump. Dead turtles, smashed turtles. Dead birds, smashed birds. It was ghastly.

Which goes to show you there are worse forms of death than being crushed by animals. Nature is crueler than man can ever be.

Thanks.

Huh ho!! They had an agreement! They get out of the way, and we look the other way on statue defecation.
I'm reminded of "The Merv Griffin Show", when no pigeons would yield for George, then I thought back to "The Engagement", when George had his boardwalk epiphany and ran through the pigeons and they all flew out of the way.
I am against some of the horrid ideals being taught to our children by sickos like [email] in his post . . . some excerpts:

Nowadays some highways do build a tunnel or something for the animals to cross!
That's right, and Jerry ought to donate several million immediately for the construction of more frog road transit avoidance tunnels (or FRTATs as we can also refer to them as acronymically).
