Q: Elaines' Father

In the syndicated show of Aug.18th, is the actor who played Mr. Riechman (the man who through George out of the wedding reception after the curse toast) the same one who played Elaines' father in an earlier epidsode. They look alot alike. Did anyone else notice? Thanks, Barrue
