There was no thinking involved. It was very clear to anyone over the age of 15 that Elaine was talking about oral sex.

Once again, the sax player had used his tongue and lips in the afore mentioned way and they were worn out. The people who didn't get that joke are the same ones who missed the Delores reference!

Alright. Let me give you my take on the whole thing. I think the one thing the sax player didn't do was give Elaine oral pleasure. That's why he couldn't play later. What else would it be? It had to be something that he doesn't do normally or at all. Also, if you remember, the guy who played back-up for him was asked by Kramer to help him carry some stuff. He responded by saying something like "I don't do anything to put these fingers (or was it hands?) at risk. I believe this was another innuendo and a foreshadowing of the whole oral thing.

Jack- you couldn't be more correct. Sounds to me like a few people are spending a little too much time on the computer and not enough time under the sheets.

I gotta go with the oral crowd here, it's painfully obvious that Elaine was referring to oral sex. I swear to God, when she first said that her new boyfriend wouldn't do "everything", coupled with the fact that he played the sax, I KNEW what the joke was gonna be, I was just surprised that they had the nerve to do it. just goes to show where my mind goes. Also the ambiguity of the term "everything" did make it funnier.
