I think his name is Lomez & the closest we come to seeing him is in the backward episode where Lomez is in a Port-a-Potty with Kramer outside banging on the door to hurry him up so they can get to the movies on time.

Lomez jr is mentioned by Kramer in The P&G Cafe where he is celebrating the new found money he got for selling his stories to J Peterman.

In the episode where Kramer installs the garbage disposal in his shower (The Apology? Is that the right title?), there is a note written on the bathroom wall that reads, "Call Lomez." Spotted that the other day.
