Obscure trivia question

OK...this time it's personal: The 3 newsgroups I visit on a daily basis are Seinfeld, SNL and NYPD Blue. Here's the question: Name an actor/actress who has appeared on all three shows. (small hint: this person appeared in small speaking parts on two of the shows and was/is a regular on the third.)
