Milosh's accent? what.....tennis pro shop guy

Milosh, the tennis pro shop guy? I was just wondering what accent he was attempting to play off and very well I will add!!! I know he's an American actor, but just wondering what kind of accent him and his sexy wife had in the episode! Funny episode and I can care less what the accent is, but just curious! eastern European? please don't flame me .............the best show ever!, there' s probably an answer and thanks in advance for it!

No flames. This is an interesting question. The folks on the Frasier newsgroup are forever arguing whether Daphne's accent is authentic, but I had never really given much thought to the accents on Seinfeld before your post.
