Error on Seinfeld NBC's website?

I was surfing thru NBC's website Seinfeld Episode guide (http://www.nbc.com/tvcentral/shows/seinfeld/episodeguide/guide16.html) when I read the text for the Non-fat yogurt episode..... As Lloyd Braun would say, am I crazy or have they really mixed up the Mayors' names?

THE NON-FAT YOGURT -- Episode 68 (11/04/93)

Jerry and Elaine enjoy the yogurt at Kramer's friend's store so much that they do not believe it to be fat free. When they take a sample to be tested, some spills into the blood sample of Mayor Dinkins. The lab discovers the yogurt is not 'fat free' and Mayor Dinkins wins the election with the yogurt fraud becoming a pivotal point in his campaign. Elaine dates an aid to mayoral candidate Giuliana, Lloyd, and gives him an idea of George's that everyone in New York wear name tags. The idea gets Lloyd fired.

They did get the names mixed up. Lloyd Braun worked for Dinkins, and it is Guilani that got his blood sample screwed up. Guilani really did beat Dinkins in the election. Here's an interesting tidbit: Guilani won the election on a tuesday, and the scene in Seinfeld was filmed the next day, to air on Thursday. Both Dinkins and Guliani were ready to film the ending to the show, depending on how the election turned out. I believe the story line would have turned out that Guilani lost due to his cholosterol and Dinkins would have won due to the name tags, had Dinkins actually won in real life.
