Kramer's Poem

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry to bother, but I need a favor and figured this would be a good place to ask. I would like to find a copy of the poem that Kramer wrote in Elaine's birthday card - I think he said it was by "Yates". I can't remember much of it, just that I thought it was beautiful. I did a search of Seinfeld sites to look for it, but there were so many of them that I didn't know where to start. So, if anyone knows what the title of it was, or where I could find it, I would be grateful.
