I'm probably very ignorant for not getting this but I can't figure out what part of the female anatomy mulva rhymes with?

In my job as a college registrar I had to input data today for a woman named Mulva. I kid you not! Nobody in the office could understand what was so damn funny about it. Jerks! This was one of the greatest days of my life.

In the fall I'll have to pull her schedule and check out some classes to see what she looks like.
