The guy who played Kevin in The Bizarro Jerry episode, was he the same guy who, in an another episode this season, went to get a vasectomy when finding out that Elaine didn't want to have any children? I believe that episode was titled The Soulmate if that helps.

The fact that Elaine dated him provided the tie in that Kevin is the Bizzarro Jerry. Just as Elaine and Jerry once dated but are now just friends, Elaine breaks up with Kevin, and convinces him that they can be "just friends."
