Fans debate whether Elaine drinking Budweiser in the episode was out of character, with disagreement over whether the scene was funny or represented obvious product placement.
Not only did she hold it in that oh-so-subtle "product-placement way" (with the label towards the camera) but she chugged it in about a minute flat. I was surprised because I can't see a woman with as much class as Elaine gulping a Budweiser--even when she's upset. I figure her for the Amstel Light type. Get with it guys!
