JASON ALEXANDER ON FRIENDS!!!

Will he play George?(Will Jerry give permission?) This could be the greatest crossover of all time! What other character would he play? It might look freaky seeing Jason on Friends.

The decision marks one of the first major programming moves by NBC's new

      Zucker, the former Today show executive producer who replaced Garth
Ancier last month. Some suspected
      NBC might schedule reruns of Friends or Frasier in the 8:30 p.m. slot,
after the network decided to pull its
      rookie sitcom, The Weber Show. (The net feared Weber, which is
bleeding viewers from its Friends lead-in,
      would get battered by the second half-hour of Survivor.)

      But Zucker indicated last week that the network was hesitant to simply
schedule reruns of its hits. He expressed
      confidence that Friends would hold onto its audience (the sitcom has
averaged more than 20 million viewers
      this season) despite the tough competition.

      The sitcom also will get help during February sweeps from a handful of
special guest stars, including Jason
      Alexander and Susan Sarandon.

I think that it would be great if Jason Alexander played George on Friends. George is my favorite character in Seinfeld, and friends is another one of my favorite shows. I totally agree with you Paul, it would be the greatest crossover of all time!

No it wouldn't because Friends SUCKS BIGTIME!!! It's an insult to Seinfeld to let Jason play George in a sitcom like Friends!

As Jason Alexander has not made it a secret how much he hated "Seinfeld", I would think he would want to distance himself from the show. Jerk.

I don't think he ever said that he hated Seinfeld, or implied it. He seemed pretty rational in his discussing the show, and he didn't seem the type to bash the show that paid him several hundred thousand dollars an episode.

c) Phoebe working in a telemarketing firm. While in M&C's apartment, Phoebe tells Ross and Monica that her massage business has started the year badly, because it is already February and she only had two lousy customers, who tip poorly. It happens that those two customers were Ross and Monica. Ross suggests to her to look into working in a telemarketing firm, and she decides to do that. On her first day, she finds out that she is going to be selling "Toner" over the phone. After her instructor finishes training her, the instructor asks if she has any questions, Phoebe has one: "What is Toner?" Phoebe makes her first call to try to sell toner and this guy "Earl" answers. Earl is played by Jason Alexander. In the process of trying to convince him to buy toner, she finds out that this guy wants to commit suicide. Phoebe tries to convince him not to do it, but the guy at the end hangs up the phone. Phoebe goes to Earl's office to stop him from committing suicide, and realizes that nobody in Earl's officer care about him, they don't even know that he works there. Earl insists that nobody cares about him and that he doesn't want to live like that anymore. Phoebe insists that it was faith that got her to call him, and keeps talking about all the coincidences of her life and his. Finally, she convinces him to go out and have a cup of coffee. So I'm assuming the guy didn't commit suicide (for that moment at least).[Note: Almost all the scenes of this story took place in two scenarios built like offices. Jason Alexander was very funny.]

For anyone planning on taping Jason on Friends, keep in mind the shows will be forty minutes long during February sweeps. (They're going head-to-head against Survivor II.)
