I believe it was The Pez Dispenser episode when George, Elaine and Jerry are about to go in and talk to George's girlfriend (the pianoist, or whatever they're called).

It is in the pez episode when Elaine has something to tell Jerry backstage after George's girlfriend's concert. He is frustrated because Elaine laughed at the pez dispenser and everyone including his girlfriend heard it.
