Fans are disappointed with "The Junk Mail" episode, finding it anticlimactic and boring compared to usual episodes, though some defend earlier season nine episodes as having been strong.
I'm sorry, but I just thought that this episode was extremely anticlimactic. I mean, usually, I laugh so hard that I can't breathe, but I was actually kinda bored this week. It just wasn't as funny as usual, I guess. The only really funny part was when Jack went dancing in the diner with the crown on his head. Oh well, there's always next week.

Forget next week...in fact, forget this whole season. The writing has simply dropped to all-time low levels - nothing is going to change now.

In my opinion, the season began great with the Play Now storyline, followed by the hilarious Darren episode. I even liked the Serenity Now stuff and The Blood had its moments. But, this last episode!!!GEEZ!
