I found a nice episode in which george thinks he has an heart-attack, and Kramer takes him and Jerry to this Thor Ackman, a friend of his that works with holistic treatments. anyway, George and Jerry have this conversation:
George: "I went from having orgasms immiedetely to taking forever... you can do your taxes in the time that takes me to have an orgasm. I never had a normal medium-orgasm."
Jerry: "I never had a really good pickle..."
