The episode where Kramer takes George's old friend under his wing. This old friend is hooked on Chinese gum which he forces Jerry to buy. The friend is at an old movie theatre and orders a hot dog, only the hot dog has been there for fifty years or so. The guy behind the counter said you'd have to be crazy to eat it, or something like that, and Kramer takes it and eats it instead. He then collapses.

Classic.
