In the episode where George and Elaine go to the fortune teller, George mentions that his brother once impregnated someone. Is there ever any other mention of this brother in the entire series I may have missed? Just curious.

I believe that was the only mention of his brother. Considering all of the episodes with the Costanza family, you'd think they would mention a Brother at some other time.
On the topic, does anyone remember an early episode where Jerry mentioned having a Sister?
Yes, Jerry has mentioned a sister once. George has mentioned a brother twice. They considered actually bringing George's brother into the show (Larry David was considered for the role) but decided not to. The siblings are now just two more continuity errors. The only real sibling of the gang that we know of is Elaine's sister Gail, who lives in St. Louis with her son, who would now be about 16. (He was 10 in "The Pick.)

george also mentioned a sister once. In the episode where they are going for the (first??) meeting at NBC. George tries to think of a way to get out fo the meeting. One possible excuse is that his sister was shot.

Someone brought this point up before but here it is again. Why do these need to be continuity errors? Wouldn't they only be continuity errors if there was something in the show that directly contradicted statements to the effect that Jerry has a sister and George has a brother? If Morty told Jerry he was a spoiled only child then this would be a contradiction. It is possible that the siblings are "real" but that they are just never mentioned.
Actually they were mentioned only once each. Jerry refers to a sister in the Chinese Restaurant episode...and in real life he has one older sister who also happens to be a CPA and his personal accountant (as well as accoun- tant to a number of other celebrities and exec- utives).
George mentions a brother (it's never clear if it's an older or younger brother) a couple of times but he's never seen, nor do we even hear his name.
We come closest to meeting Elaine's sister Gail. We get Elaine's half of a phone conver- sation with Gail over the famous "nipple" Christmas card...and how her 10 year old nephew got a special thrill out of seeing more of Aunt Elaine than intended...
