Did you ever notice in nearly every episode in the late seasons of Seinfeld somebody is always talking with their mouths full? Jerry, George, Kramer & Elaine... there're always eating and always have something in their mouths while they talk!
I think they did it to show how uncooth they were... but they could have been doing it because they're always eating cereal, or talking in the coffee shop or other restaurants. For example, in "The Blood" George talks with his mouth full almost the entire episode, (the fornicating gourment episode).
